This does not need to be fixed. This is the lamest of attacks on Dion from the right so far, and consider from whom it is coming. We all know why Dion has dual citizenship: his mother is from France. Do we now penalize people for having inconvenient parents? And what's the point of renouncing french citizenship? To make himself more pure? How far do you want go with this? As I recall, two different leaders of the PQ have U.S. born wives? Better start scrutinizing everyone in the Canadian political game for their impure connections.
You guys don't get it it. The party is almost dead in Alberta, we can't grow with this kind of stuff and the perception is we have a new leader from Quebec who's first action is to atack Alberta and make a tax grab on our industry.

Dion's comment was spot on and there is no call for an apology.
Instead, those using this argument should be responded to with Dion's argument.
